General Service & Booking

• What service area do you cover? Mobile repair and maintenance services are provided across the Texas Hill Country, including Harper, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Junction, and Mason.
• Do I have to move my rig to a shop? No. Mobile RV service comes directly to your campsite, residence, or storage unit, saving you the hassle of hitching up and hauling your RV to a dealership.
• What are your dispatch/service call fees? Standard dispatch is $50 for areas within the primary service radius (including Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Mason, and Junction). For extended service areas beyond 25 miles from Harper, Texas, dispatch is calculated at $50 for the first 25 miles plus $1 per additional mile.
• Do you offer discounts for military or first responders? Yes. A $20 discount off the dispatch fee is available for Veterans and First Responders.

Pricing & Taxability

• How much are your preventative maintenance inspections? Tiered inspection packages are offered to fit your needs:
  • Red Inspection (Safety First Check): $125 + dispatch
  • White Inspection (Condition & Roof Audit): $225 + dispatch
  • Blue Inspection (Full System Operational Check): $300 + dispatch
• Are RV repair services taxable in Texas? In Texas, repair labor and service call/dispatch fees are nontaxable when itemized separately on your invoice. Replacement parts, materials, and accessories remain subject to state sales tax.

Technical & Maintenance Systems

• What appliance brands do you service? Diagnostics, repairs, and installations are performed on major RV component brands, including Dometic, Norcold, Coleman, Atwood, Suburban, Lippert, and Furrion.
• What systems can be repaired on-site? Mobile repair covers air conditioning, propane appliances (furnaces, water heaters), plumbing, 12V DC / 120V AC electrical systems, awnings, leveling jacks, and slide-out mechanisms.
• How often should I get my RV roof inspected? Roof sealants should be visually audited at least twice a year. High heat and sun exposure in Texas accelerate lap sealant degradation, which can lead to costly structural leaks if left unaddressed.
